Letter from Nancy Vickery Johnson

To all the Committee Members of our 50th Reunion.

Thank you so much for a great weekend.  You did a terrific job and everyone I talked to or overheard was just raving about what a wonderful reunion it was.  We all liked having three days to renew old friendships and to catch up on what we are all doing now.

We all looked pretty good for our ages, I thought.  I am sorry that some of our classmates could not make it and I hope they will attend the next one, if possible.

Charlie and I would have not missed it for anything (even though he did cause a little excitement at the dinner Saturday night).  The music and the pictures were perfect and I really did enjoy both.  On our drive back to North Carolina we listened to the CD a couple of times and it is great.  Charlie graduated from UNC in 1957, so it was music of his time also.

I just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate all the time and hard work you put into this reunion and to let you know that I am looking forward to the next one.  I also wanted to let all of you know my e-mail address so we can keep up with each other over the years.  (The e-mail address is available but to keep it out of the hands of spammers I am not going to publish it at this time.)  Some of you may have my old e-mail address aid it is still current but it is my work e-mail and who knows when I might retire.

Thank you again for all the work and effort for such a good time.  It sure brought back a lot of memories.

Nancy
